The location is ideal, 1 mile from a famous museum. Amicable personnel is especially their Manager. The breakfast is lovely and fine with hash browns and toast, as for instance, there's an option for each taste.

I stayed at the Hotel with my family in a triple room for 6 nights, and I was not disappointed. The hotel is not too expensive - very convenient if you're looking for something not too pricey yet comfortable. The location is great. Easy access to buses and the tube. The train stations are within walking distance. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby, we never had to worry about buying anything necessary. (Also, the streets are lovely, you should go for a walk if you have the time) The service is great, the hotel employees were all pleasant and easy to talk to (we turned to them for help a few times, very charming people). The room itself was clean and comfortable, we couldn't hope for anything better. The breakfast though - while the food was great, you should know that they require a payment of 5 pounds for the full English breakfast meal. You can eat some toast with butter for free, but that's pretty much as far as you'll get. Be sure to come to breakfast with five pounds per person, otherwise I'm pretty sure you'll end up hungry. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and I'd definitely stay there again in the future.
Not too expensive. Great location. Charming, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable rooms.
The additional payment for breakfast.

More seating in waiting areas would be beneficial.
